上記のページに応募フォームが今日から開設されたので、記入項目を読んでみると、

提出する動画はURLを載せるためにも、YouTubeにアップロードするのがいいのかもしれない。
7.HOW TO ENTER: (ii)(iii)…This video should be uploaded to YouTube, contain “Operation Ko Lan” in the title, be tagged with #kolanready and #contest, and be linked in the application form.
2018年8月16日追記：英語で書かれたルールによると、項目17と項目18に記入する動画は、両方共にYouTubeへアップロードしてタイトルに“Operation Ko Lan”を入れて、#kolanready と #contest のタグを付ける事が求められている。
動画の言語については何も書かれていないので日本語でも問題ないとは思うけど、英語の字幕を付けるのも1つの方法ではないかとも思う。
Google+での公式案内には、応募の締め切りは2019年2月1日と書かれているが、オペレーション・コーランのルールには2019年1月19日と書かれていて、どちらが正しいのかわからない(2018年8月15日時点)。
